Volleyball Recap: Deshler Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Deshler and Wilson squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Deshler had to settle for second. They fell 3-1 to the Warriors. The Tigers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Warriors earlier this season, when they won 3-2.

Olivia Adams paced Deshler's offense, picking up 21 kills. Adams got some help from Makayla Willingham and her 30 assists. Adams also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Julia Petty, each putting up three.

Deshler's defeat dropped their record down to 35-11. As for Wilson, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 15 of their last 17 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 34-12 record this season.

Deshler does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Wilson, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Central on the 15th.
