Volleyball Recap: Kimberly Falls Short of Bear Lake in the Playoffs

Kimberly and Bear Lake squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Kimberly had to settle for second. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bears. The Bulldogs were not able to make up for their loss to the Bears from their previous meeting back in November of 2024.

Bear Lake found their leader in sophomore Paisley Lloyd, who had 11 digs and two aces. The team also got some help courtesy of Sharli Lufkin, who had eight digs.

Kimberly's defeat dropped their record down to 21-10. As for Bear Lake, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 36-4 record this season.

Kimberly does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Bear Lake, they have already played their next match, a 3-1 win against Cole Valley Christian on the 1st.
