The Cheyenne-Eagle Butte Braves have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matches by 23 points or more this season. They blew past Chamberlain 67-44. For Cheyenne-Eagle Butte, this counts as revenge for the 67-59 defeat Chamberlain walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January of 2023.
It was another big night for Easton Lawrence, who scored 11 points along with nine rebounds. He also grabbed two steals for the first time this season. Austin Johnson was another key contributor, scoring nine points.
Cheyenne-Eagle Butte's win bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Chamberlain, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-7.
