Basketball Recap: Watkins Memorial Takes a Loss

Watkins Memorial lost against Heath back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Watkins Memorial Warriors fell 47-37 to the Heath Bulldogs. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jordan Kaminsky was his usual excellent self, going 9 for 11 en route to 21 points for Heath. Jaxon Duston was another key player, putting up nine points in addition to five assists and four steals.

Watkins Memorial's defeat dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Heath, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-2.

Watkins Memorial has already played their next match (against Licking Heights), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Heath has also has no score uploaded for their next contest, this one against Newark Catholic.
