Brian Osborne gave up the fewest earned runs he has since back in March on Monday. Martinsville had no answer to Osborne as he kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out seven over four innings pitched. Osborne also allowed no hits, which is notable because Halifax County is 3-1 when he allows at most one hit, but 3-6 otherwise.
