Valle Catholic entered their tilt with Advance on Saturday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Hornets. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in September.

Valle Catholic was led to victory by Adyson Rayoum and Reece Weiler. Rayoum had seven digs and two aces, while Weiler had eight assists and four digs. That's the most aces Rayoum has posted since back in September.

When it comes to explaining why Advance lost, don't look at Brogan Hawkins. Despite the final result, she had 12 digs. Kyndall Hitt also deserves some recognition as she had her first block of the season.

Valle Catholic's win bumped their record up to 20-3-1. As for Advance, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 14-11.
