Volleyball Game Preview: Compton Tarbabes vs. Jordan Panthers

Compton hasn't had much luck against Jordan recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Tarbabes will challenge the Panthers at 5:30 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Compton came up short against Woodrow Wilson on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-5, 25-4, 25-12.

Meanwhile, Jordan lost 3-0 to Woodrow Wilson on Thursday.

The final score came out to 25-6, 25-7, 25-4.

Jordan's loss dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Compton, they now have a losing record of 6-7.

Compton came out on top in a nail-biter against Jordan in their previous meeting back in September, sneaking past 3-2. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Tarbabes since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
