Volleyball Recap: Gilchrist Takes a Loss

Gilchrist was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 17th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the North Lake Cowboys. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cowboys this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 last Thursday.

Gilchrist's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for North Lake, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season.

Coincidentally, Gilchrist and North Lake will both be playing Prospect the next time they take the court. The Cowboys will host the Cougars at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Grizzlies will play them later in the day, at 4:30 p.m.
