Braylon Wilson was his usual excellent self, rushing for 70 yards and two touchdowns, while also throwing for 201 yards and a pair of TDs. Jackson Mathews also helped with two scores in total.

Meanwhile, McQueen had already won six in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 25.5 points) and they went ahead and made it seven on Friday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 42-6 victory over the Panthers.

Reno better keep an eye on Ryder Tucker. He was instrumental in McQueen's win, throwing for 252 yards and four TDs while completing 75% of his passes, and also rushing for 37 yards and one touchdown. Those 37 rushing yards gave Tucker a new career-high. Alex Grush was another key player, picking up 98 receiving yards and a pair of scores.

On the defensive side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to McQueen's defense and their five sacks. Keagan Brenner was especially locked on to North Valleys' QB and sacked him twice. Zacary Draeger was another major factor on D, picking up a sack and making six total tackles (4.0 for loss).

Reno's record is now 7-4. As for McQueen, their record now sits at 9-2.

Friday's contest will pit two of the most dominant signal callers against one another: Wilson and Tucker. Wilson just won't slow down this season and has thrown 21 touchdowns while averaging 220.2 passing yards per game. Tucker has been a dominant force too and has thrown 29 touchdowns while averaging 189.1 passing yards per game.

Reno and McQueen were almost perfectly matched up when the teams last played back in September, but Reno suffered an agonizing 37-36 loss. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Tucker, who threw for 225 yards and four touchdowns while completing 87.5% of his passes. Now that the Huskies know the damage he can cause, will they be able to stop him this time? Check MaxPreps.com after the match to find out.
