Basketball Recap: Brandon Starts Season with Loss on the Road + How To Watch

Brandon had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They were dealt an 88-49 loss at the hands of the Armwood Hawks on Tuesday. The Eagles haven't had much luck with the Hawks recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Elijah Bernadin was a one-man wrecking crew For Armwood. as he dropped a double-double with 26 points and ten rebounds. Those 26 points gave Bernadin a new career-high. Sebastien Lefranc was another key player, going 6-for-13 en route to 16 points along with seven assists and seven boards.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Brandon will venture away from home to face off against Chamberlain at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The contest will give the Eagles their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Armwood, they and Alonso will face off at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday without much rest, having both just played.
