Volleyball Recap: West Tallahatchie Takes a Loss + How To Watch

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact West Tallahatchie can now relate to. They lost 3-0 to the Ingomar Falcons on Saturday. The Choctaws' loss continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-1, 25-2, 25-5.

Ingomar found their leader in freshman Ella Hart Wilbanks, who had ten aces and two assists. With that strong performance, Wilbanks is now averaging an impressive 2.1 aces per game. The team also got some help courtesy of Abby Miller, who had ten assists and three aces.

West Tallahatchie's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Ingomar, the victory was the 16th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 29-4-1.

West Tallahatchie does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Ingomar, they will square off against Wheeler on Tuesday.
