The Bishop Carroll Huskies will play host again on Tuesday to welcome the Central Dragons, where is scheduled at 7:00 p.m. Central took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Bishop Carroll, who comes in off a win.
Last Wednesday, Bishop Carroll made easy work of Clearfield and carried off a 3-0 win.
The final score came out to 25-21, 25-15, 25-22.
Meanwhile, Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Penn Cambria.
Central took a 1-0 lead headed into the second set, but sadly they lost the next two. After all that action, the final score was 23-25, 25-20, 25-17, 25-16.
Bishop Carroll pushed their record up to 8-1-1 with that victory, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. As for Central, their loss dropped their record down to 0-5.
