Steinbrenner extended their winning streak to three on Friday, bumping them up to 3-0. They blew past the Sickles Gryphons 66-8. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Warriors also won the last time the pair played back in February.

Breanna Hartley was nothing short of spectacular: she went 6-for-9 en route to 14 points along with six rebounds and five steals. Hartley is crushing it when it comes to steals: she's grabbed at least two every time she's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Avery Adams, who posted six points in addition to seven steals and five assists.

Steinbrenner was working as a unit and finished the game with 19 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Sickles only posted two.

As for Sickles, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss they have suffered against Steinbrenner since December 17, 2021.

Sickles lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Stella Smith, who scored five points and eight boards.

Steinbrenner wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 50-44 win against Cannon County on the 29th. As for Sickles, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Gaither at 8:00 p.m. on December 2.
