Football Game Preview: Neumann-Goretti Saints vs. Trinity Shamrocks + How To Watch

The Neumann-Goretti Saints will face off against the Trinity Shamrocks at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with Neumann-Goretti sitting on three straight victories and Trinity on four.

Neumann-Goretti is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They simply couldn't be stopped last Saturday as they easily beat John Bartram 36-0. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.

Meanwhile, Trinity extended their postseason success on Friday against Berks Catholic. Their defense stepped up to hand the Saints a 17-0 shutout.

Trinity's win came from a few key players Neumann-Goretti will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Maddox Jarzynski, who picked up 111 receiving yards and two touchdowns. He is on a roll when it comes to receiving touchdowns, as he's now hauled in two or more in each of the last five games he's played. Another player making a difference was Mason Boyer, who threw for 174 yards and a pair of TDs.

Trinity's victory bumped their record up to 10-3. As for Neumann-Goretti, their win bumped their record up to 8-4.
