Tolman is a perfect 5-0 against Mt. Pleasant since October of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Tigers will venture away from home to challenge the Kilties at 6:00 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Tolman and seven for Mt. Pleasant.

Tolman is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Rhode Island's top teams: South Kingstown, who was ranked eighth at the time (Tolman was ranked 19th). The Tigers had to suffer through a 47-20 loss at the hands of the Rebels.

Meanwhile, Mt. Pleasant was beaten by West Warwick 48-6 on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Kilties have suffered against the Wizards since October 30, 2015.

Mt. Pleasant's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Tolman, their loss dropped their record down to 4-4.

Everything came up roses for Tolman against Mt. Pleasant in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, as the team secured a 36-0 victory. Do the Tigers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Kilties turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
