Volleyball Recap: Shrine Catholic Comes Up Short

Shrine Catholic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the St. Mary Catholic Central Falcons/Kestrels. The Knights were not able to make up for their defeat to the Falcons/Kestrels from their previous meeting back in September of 2018.

Shrine Catholic's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for St. Mary Catholic Central, the win keeps them at an undefeated 6-0-1.

Shrine Catholic wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against North Branch on the 6th. As for St. Mary Catholic Central, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Oxford on the 6th.
