The Rock Valley Rockets took a 52-40 hit to the loss column at the hands of the West Lyon Wildcats on Tuesday. The loss continues a trend for the Rockets in their matchups with the Wildcats: they've now lost five in a row.

Rock Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 6-10. As for West Lyon, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 19-3.

Rock Valley has already played their next match, a 58-49 victory against Sioux Center on the 14th. As for West Lyon, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 68-37 win against Okoboji on the 14th.
