In what's become a running theme this season, Canyon View gave their fans yet another huge victory on Monday. Everything went their way against the Bend Lava Bears as the Canyon View Jaguars made off with a 13-1 win. 13 seems to be a good number for Canyon View as the team scooped up a victory with the same number of runs in their previous game.

Canyon View got a great performance from Collin Padget as he struck out six batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits (and only one walk).

On the hitting side, Lucas Swanson was excellent, scoring two runs while going 2-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Gabe Candelaria, who went 2-for-3 with a triple, a run, and an RBI.

The win made it two in a row for Canyon View and bumps their season record up to 10-5. As for Bend, they dropped their record down to 2-2 with that defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season.
