Morris waltzed into their contest on Saturday with eight straight wins... but they left with nine. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the East Moline United Panthers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 on Saturday.

Olivia Peterson paced Morris' offense, picking up six kills. Peterson got some help from Alexis Williams and her seven assists. Rosemary Misener and Brooke Thorson kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

Morris' victory bumped their record up to 18-4. As for East Moline United, their loss dropped their record down to 10-8.

Morris has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Plainfield South on the 29th. As for East Moline United, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against Moline on the 30th.
