Basketball Recap: Springwood Skates Past the Rock Academy with Ease

It was a proper cat-fight when Springwood duked it out with The Rock Academy on Friday. The Wildcats simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Lions 97-17.

Springwood had a senior duo take command as Kori Key posted 28 points and Clarence Moore had 25 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Adam Baltes, who earned 13 points.

The win got Springwood back to even at 1-1. As for The Rock Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

Looking ahead, Springwood will face off against Varsity Opponent at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for The Rock Academy, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Grace Christian at 6:00 p.m. on December 4.
