Basketball Game Preview: Palmer Dragons vs. Ingomar Falcons

The Palmer Dragons will square off against the Ingomar Falcons at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Palmer has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the match with 19 straight losses, while Ingomar will come in with 16 straight victories.

Last Tuesday, Palmer was beaten by Calhoun City 61-28.

Meanwhile, it was a Battle of the Birds when Ingomar faced off against West Union on Thursday. Ingomar really took it to West Union for the full four quarters, racking up a 66-21 win. The Falcons have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 14 contests by 20 points or more this season.

Ingomar's victory was their 22nd straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 18-1. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 37.8 points. As for Palmer, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-14.

Palmer was dealt a bruising 73-15 loss at the hands of Ingomar in their previous matchup back in January of 2024. That game was all but decided by halftime, at which point Palmer was down 45-5.
