Softball Recap: Round Rock Gets the Win

Round Rock came out on top against Vandegrift on Tuesday thanks in part to the team's impressive ten-run third inning. The Dragons' pitchers stepped up to hand the Vipers a 13-0 shutout. The Dragons have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Vipers, too.

The victory got Round Rock back to even at 1-1. As for Vandegrift, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Round Rock will take on Thrall in a tournament on Thursday. As for Vandegrift, they will face off against Pflugerville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
