Baseball Recap: MOT Charter Takes a Loss

The MOT Charter Mustangs didn't have quite enough to beat the Newark Yellowjackets on Tuesday and fell 4-3. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

MOT Charter's loss dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Newark, with the win, they broke their seven-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-13.

MOT Charter does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Newark, they will square off against Mount Pleasant at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday. The Green Knights have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 8.26 runs per game on average), something the Yellowjackets will no doubt try to take advantage of.
