High school football 2013 Top 25 composite rankings

Only one new team can be found in this week's composite rankings, and it's one that longtime high school football fans are sure to recognize.

Mater Dei (Santa Ana, Calif.) leaps in at No. 25 thanks to a No. 10 spot from the MaxPreps Computer Rankings and a No. 20 ranking in the Xcellent 25.

In order to be considered for these rankings, a team must be ranked in two national polls. If it does not land in all four, the team will be given a 40 to weigh into its average.
