Baseball Recap: Littleton Comes Up Short

Littleton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 9-4 to the West Point Dragons.

Peyton Brooks was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring a run and stealing two bases while going 2-for-3. Eli Jacobs also deserves some recognition as he scored his first run of the season.

Littleton's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for West Point, the win got them back to even at 4-4-1.

Littleton has already played their next game, a 15-5 loss against Bend on the 25th. As for West Point, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 10-0 victory against Vista Ridge on the 24th.
