Baseball Recap: Tri-Valley Scotties vs. Philo Electrics
Tri-Valley put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on the Philo Electrics with a sharp 21-1 win. That looming 21-1 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Scotties yet this season.
Gavin Harrold was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He struck out six batters over three innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits (and only one walk). He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two hits in three consecutive appearances. He was also stellar in the batter's box, going 3-for-5 with four RBI, one triple, and one run. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in April of 2024.
