Hayden Werner gave up the fewest walks he has over his last four games on Thursday. He was dynamite, striking out nine batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off eight hits (and not a single walk). He is becoming a predictor of Fishers's success: when he allows at most one earned run the team is undefeated (and 8-12 when he doesn't).
