Preview: Parkway South vs. Lindbergh
Given their disadvantage in the MaxPreps state rankings, Parkway South should expect quite the challenge on Friday. They will take on Lindbergh at 7:00 PM. Parkway South will be hoping to continue their now three-game streak of scoring more points each contest than the last.
Things haven't been easy for Parkway South, and their matchup last Friday only extended their streak of losses to five. They fell to Mehlville 13-23.
Meanwhile, Lindbergh put the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season last Friday. They made easy work of Lafayette and carried off a 30-0 win. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 21-0.
Parkway South took a serious blow against Lindbergh the last time the two teams met, falling 10-49. Can Parkway South avenge their defeat, or is history doomed to repeat itself ? We'll soon find out.
