St. Joseph faced Ridgefield in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. While the 0-0 score might suggest a draw, it was the Cadets who were credited with the win. The St. Joseph Cadets got it done in the shootout by posting four goals to the Ridgefield Tigers' one. St. Joseph haven't had any issues with Ridgefield recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.

St. Joseph's win bumped their record up to 12-2-1. As for Ridgefield, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-3-3.
