Soccer Recap: Bishop Moore Victorious

While Bishop Moore's victory against Academy of the Holy Names wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Hornets won by a goal and slipped past the Jaguars 1-0. Elina Martino had the honor of scoring the game-winner for Bishop Moore.

Bishop Moore's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Academy of the Holy Names, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2-1.

Coming up, Bishop Moore will venture away from home to square off against Hagerty at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Academy of the Holy Names, they will host Carrollwood Day at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
