Softball Recap: Westminster Academy Comes Up Short

After soaring to 11 runs the game before, Westminster Academy was a bit more limited in their match on Friday. They came up short against the Sarasota Sailors, falling 9-1.

Westminster Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 9-6. As for Sarasota, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season.

Westminster Academy has already played their next game, a 7-4 loss against Arnold on the 29th. As for Sarasota, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 12-0 win against Belleview on the 29th.
