Guerin Catholic extended their winning streak to eight games thanks to a huge performance from Claire Ducey. The Golden Eagles were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Greenfield-Central Cougars on Saturday with plenty of help from Ducey, who had 49 assists and 12 digs. Ducey is crushing it when it comes to assists: she's posted at least 18 every time she's taken the court this season.

Guerin Catholic never let Greenfield-Central on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-22, 25-12.

Guerin Catholic's victory bumped their record up to 20-5. As for Greenfield-Central, their loss ended a four-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 15-11.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Guerin Catholic will take on Zionsville at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Greenfield-Central, they will square off against Anderson at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
