Football Game Preview: Berry Wildcats vs. Lynn Bears + How To Watch

The Berry Wildcats are taking a road trip to face off against the Lynn Bears at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Berry will be strutting in after a victory while Lynn will be coming in after a defeat.

While Berry's win against Lamar County wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Wildcats had just enough and edged out the Bulldogs 16-14. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wildcats.

Berry relied on the efforts of Max Westbrook, who gained 105 total yards and a touchdown, and Ayden Lake Norris, who rushed for 83 yards and one TD. What's more, Westbrook racked up 74 receiving yards, the most he's had since back in November of 2024.

Meanwhile, Lynn played a tough game on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They came up short against Cold Springs, falling 36-12. The Bears' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Lynn's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Berry, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1.

Berry came up short against Lynn in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, falling 28-24. Can the Wildcats avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
