Volleyball Recap: Radnor's Undefeated Season over After Seven Games

If Radnor was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Ridley on Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Raptors took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Gwynedd Mercy Academy Monarchs on Friday. The loss put an end to the Raptors' undefeated start to the season.

Radnor was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Gwynedd Mercy Academy work for it, especially in the fourth set. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-16, 19-25, 27-25.

Having lost for the first time this season, Radnor fell to 6-1. As for Gwynedd Mercy Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 14-8.

Radnor does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Gwynedd Mercy Academy, they will square off against Mt. St. Joseph Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The last three games the Magic have played have been within one set, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
