Basketball Recap: Lexington Comes Up Short

Lexington lost against Knob Noster back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Lexington Minutemen fell 52-39 to the Knob Noster Panthers. The Minutemen have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lexington's loss dropped their record down to 8-10. As for Knob Noster, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-8 record this season.

While Lexington had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
