Rapid City Central and Lincoln squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Rapid City Central had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Patriots by a score of 58-55. On the bright side, the 55- point effort marked the Cobblers' highest-scoring contest to date.

Rapid City Central's defeat was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Lincoln, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-1.

As of now, neither Rapid City Central nor the Patriots have any future games scheduled.
