Soccer Recap: Armuchee Comes Up Short

Armuchee and East Laurens squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Armuchee had to settle for second. They came up short against the Falcons, falling 4-0. Considering the last time Armuchee couldn't score was back in March, the team can't take the result too hard.

Armuchee's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-7. As for East Laurens, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 14-3.

Armuchee does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for East Laurens, they will face off against Academy for Classical Education on Monday.
