With a playoff win on the line, Hilldale rose to the challenge on Monday. They put the hurt on the Summit Christian Academy Eagles with a sharp 3-0 win. Hilldale's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last four matchups.

They hit Summit Christian Academy with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Zach Marlow, Enrique Gomez, and Hayden Pickering.

Hilldale's victory was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-2. Those home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up three goals over those eight contests. As for Summit Christian Academy, they now have a losing record of 6-7.
