Basketball Recap: Great Falls Comes Up Short

After flying high against Midlands STEM Charter on Friday, Great Falls came back down to earth. The Red Devils were beaten by the C.A. Johnson Hornets 71-19 on Tuesday. The contest marked the Red Devils' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Great Falls' defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 4-4. As for C.A. Johnson, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Great Falls will take on rival Lee Central at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, C.A. Johnson is set to square off against their familiar foe McBee at 7:45 p.m. on Thursday.
