Baseball Recap: Simsbury Takes a Loss

Simsbury was the 5-0 winner over South Windsor when they last played one another back in May of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Trojans fell 5-2 to the Bobcats on Friday. The game marked the Trojans' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Simsbury and nudges their season record down to 3-2. As for South Windsor, their win was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-2.

Looking ahead, Simsbury will challenge Berlin at 3:45 p.m. on Monday. As for South Windsor, they will square off against Tolland at 3:45 p.m. on Friday.
