Grace Academy came tearing into Saturday's contest with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the St. Stephen's Episcopal Spartans. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 on Friday.

Aven Roberson paced Grace Academy's offense, picking up six kills. Roberson got some help from Ella Carleton and her eight assists.

Despite the loss, St. Stephen's Episcopal saw an underclassman step up: freshman Sydney Gray had eight digs and one assist.

Grace Academy's victory bumped their record up to 5-0. As for St. Stephen's Episcopal, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 4-2 record.

Looking ahead, Grace Academy will host Founders Classical Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for St. Stephen's Episcopal, they will take on Georgetown in a tournament on Thursday.
