Michael Mauney continued his hot streak on Friday by dropping his fifth-straight game with at least one stolen base. He scored three runs and stole four bases while going 2-for-2. Considering he played a big game the last time he faced off against Andrews back in March of 2024, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock. Mauney is becoming a predictor of Hayesville's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is undefeated (and 0-3 when he doesn't).
