Soccer Recap: New Brunswick Comes Up Short

New Brunswick lost against St. Joseph back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Zebra came up short against the Falcons, falling 5-0. While losing is never fun, New Brunswick can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey soccer rankings (they are ranked 231st, while St. Joseph are ranked fourth).

New Brunswick has also been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season. As for St. Joseph, their win bumped their record up to 15-0.

New Brunswick has already played their next match (against Rancocas Valley), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for St. Joseph, they will welcome East Brunswick at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
