Softball Recap: Holly Hill Academy Raiders vs. Charleston Math & Science Riptide
Holly Hill Academy saw some tournament action on Saturday. They walked away with a 10-6 victory over the Charleston Math & Science Riptide.
The team relied heavily on Kaley Bell, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one triple, one run, and one RBI. That triple marked the first that she hit this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Kloie Mizell, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2.
Holly Hill Academy was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .421. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .389 or higher in three consecutive contests.
