Providence Christian Academy came tearing into Saturday's contest with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.3 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the King's Ridge Christian Tigers. That's two games straight that the Storm have won by just one run.

The victory got Providence Christian Academy back to even at 10-10. As for King's Ridge Christian, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-5-1 record this season.

Providence Christian Academy will face off against Northview at 5:30 p.m. on the 22nd. As for King's Ridge Christian, they will take on Greater Atlanta Christian in a tournament on Saturday.
