Volleyball Recap: St. Patrick-St. Vincent Victorious

St. Patrick-St. Vincent posted their closest win since September 20th on Saturday. They won by a set and slipped past the Dublin Gaels 2-1. The victory was some much needed relief for the Bruins as it spelled an end to their three-match losing streak.

St. Patrick-St. Vincent's win bumped their record up to 11-19. As for Dublin, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-17 record this season.

Dublin didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Mt. Eden on the 11th. Hopefully St. Patrick-St. Vincent paid attention to the Gaels' match: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Gaels at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday.
