Football Game Preview: Beggs Demons vs. Tishomingo Indians

The Beggs Demons will head out on the road to take on the Tishomingo Indians at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Tishomingo took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Beggs, who comes in off a win.

Beggs is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They breezed past Coalgate to the tune of 56-26 on Friday. The Demons might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Tishomingo fell victim to Dibble and their airtight defense on Friday. They had to suffer through a 63-0 loss at the hands of the Demons. The Indians' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it four in a row.

The win made it two in a row for Beggs and bumps their season record up to 5-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 41.0 points over those games. As for Tishomingo, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.

Everything came up roses for Beggs against Tishomingo in their previous meeting back in November of 2024, as the squad secured a 56-14 win. In that contest, the Demons amassed a halftime lead of 48-0, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
