Baseball Recap: Camp Verde Comes Up Short

The Cowboys haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Camp Verde saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Hayden Melton, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Camp Verde's loss dropped their record down to 6-18. As for Horizon Honors, their victory was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 17-5.
