Avon Park posted their closest win since April 5, 2024 on Thursday. They had just enough and edged the Hardee Wildcats out 4-2. The victory continues a trend for the Red Devils in their matchups with the Wildcats: they've now won three in a row.

The team relied heavily on Jonathan Regino, who went 2-for-3 with one home run and three RBI. Carson Cloud was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-3.
