Volleyball Recap: Swansea Comes Up Short

Swansea lost against Strom Thurmond back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Tigers lost 3-0 to the Rebels. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-9, 25-6.

Swansea's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Strom Thurmond, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-5.

Swansea and Strom Thurmond will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Tigers are set to take on their familiar foe Silver Bluff at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Strom Thurmond will square off against rival Batesburg-Leesville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
